Director and General Counsel
Juliette is a director of Ruxley and is General Counsel to the group. Prior to joining Ruxley, Juliette was a partner in the Corporate Insurance department of Clyde & Co where she advised insurers and reinsurers on mechanisms to accelerate the closure of discontinued portfolios including solvent scheme of arrangements, business transfers or sales. She also advised clients acquiring discontinued business and those wishing to restructure or consolidate operations. Juliette qualified as a solicitor in 1991.
