John Winter, Chief Executive
John is the Chief Executive of Ruxley and has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and bringing finality to discontinued insurance portfolios involving US Asbestos, Pollution and Health Hazard (APH) liabilities.
During his career in the insurance sector, John has held a number of senior positions including Managing Director of Whittington Syndicate Management and was appointed head of Lloyd's underwriting operation Merrett Managing Agencies after it encountered difficulties in the mid 1990s.
A Chartered Accountant by background, John spent 12 years with Coopers & Lybrand and Gulf + Western before moving in to the insurance arena.
